In this series of sessions, I guide you through gentle exercises and ceremonies that help you release worry, recover and reconnect with your inner balance. Here you will have space to rest, reflect and find peace in both body and mind.

The sessions can be conducted physically or online, depending on what suits you best, and are booked in conjunction with the order. You choose how many sessions you want!
